Step by Step: 

1 sweet bell pepper, diced

1 onion, sliced

2 cups cooked chicken, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp cumin

10 medium tortillas

2 cans tomato soup


1 cup Great Lakes Goat Dairy Hot Chili cheese

  1.  Fry peppers and onions. Add garlic and chicken. Add chili powder, lemon juice and cumin. 
  2. Spread tomato soup on bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Place a spoonful of tomato soup in each tortilla.  Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in each tortilla, until the mixture is evening divided. Fold one end over and roll each tortilla. 
  3. Place in the 9x13 pan. Cover tortillas with salsa, and then sprinkle with cheese. 
  4. Cook at 400 degrees farenheit for 20 – 30 minutes.
