When it comes to fat and calories, goat cheese has the advantage over cheese made from cow’s milk. Goat cheese (on average) clocks in at 80 calories and 6 grams of fat per ounce, compared to cow’s milk cheese, which generally has around 100 calories and 10 g of fat per ounce. This means goat cheese is the better choice for staying fit and healthy.

Best goat cheese I have ever had! My family just loves this cheese. We are a dairy free house and only eat goat cheese. All the flavours of cheese are wonderful. You will not find a better cheese anywhere! The only problem we have with this cheese is it taste to good so the kids eat the cheese to quick! Cheese and apples is now the new snack. A different flavour of cheese with each apple and the snack never gets boring.

We recently discovered your caramelized onion goat cheese. It is wonderful! We travel around looking for interesting cheese and now it seems we have found another winner! At Costco! We may plan a road trip to see what other gems you have.
Thanks for the opportunity to try your cheese!

This cheese, all flavors, are wonderful. Delicious on crackers, fruit tray, and a grilled cheese sandwich like never before.
My family enjoys homemade macaroni and cheese so that’s my next cooking adventure. I use 3 – 4 different flavors of cheese and the result is always a hit!!
This company is excellent to deal with and customers come first. The people there are very polite and personable and eager to please. Hats off!!
