This Asiago Cheese Spinach Dip is a perfect party or BBQ entertaining favourite. Our Asiago goat cheese has a nuttier and creamier taste than the average parmesan, this full-of-flavour goat cheese makes this Spinach Dip come to life.
Goat Cheeses in this Recipe
Ingredients
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups finely chopped fresh spinach
¼ cup grated Great Lakes Goat Dairy Mild cheddar cheese.
1 finely chopped red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Spread in a 9x13 pan and sprinkle with Great Lakes Goat Dairy Asiago cheese.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cook spinach dip in oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
