Country Mac n' Cheese

Ingredients:

1 container of sour creme

3 containers of cottage cheese

3 eggs

2 cups shredded Marble Goat Cheese

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp paprika

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13.
2. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
3. Add pasta and cook for 9 minutes and drain.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix and spread into 9x 13 pan.
5. Cook with aluminum foil over top and bake for 40 minutes
